Installation
Making sure your dryer vent is both installed properly as well as run in the best way possible is extremely important to your safety as well as the running of your dryer. If simply cleaning the vents does not improve the airflow, or it becomes apparent that there are other concerns such as a cut or damaged vent line, we might need to install a new vent line. We will also try to determine and make sure the venting system meets manufacturer recommendations and applicable building codes.
Cleaning

American Chimney and Masonry have tools specifically designed to clean these dryer vents and do a thorough job even in the most difficult of vent installations. Another issue of lint buildup is carbon monoxide. I f the dryer is not exhausting properly to the outdoors, dangerous carbon monoxide can back up into the home.
