7 Steps for your Safety and Piece of Mind

Preparation  Our staff is trained and ready to answer your questions and provide you the highest quality service.  Before we arrive at your home, our technicians make sure they’ve got everything they need to perform the work you’ve called us to do.  We’ll also have the necessary floor protection and other equipment needed to keep your home clean and safe during the entire service or restoration project.

Introduction  From your first conversation with one of our representatives you’ll know the name of the person you’re working with.  You’ll be given the name of the technician before they are dispatched to your home.  They’ll be driving a clearly marked company vehicle and dressed in our company uniform.  They’ll have their Certification Card with their picture identification.

Cooperation  We begin by asking you if you have any areas of special concern.  We will listen to you and make sure we understand what they are.  We will gather as much information as necessary to help assess your service needs and develop priorities.

Demonstration  We will explain to you the planned service work and how we will protect your home.  We will describe the type of equipment we will be using and what you can expect regarding the scope and duration of the service work or restoration project.

Evaluation  When the work is complete we will review with you what we’ve done.  We will also discuss with you any additional concerns that may have come up and our recommendations to address them.

Feedback   We’ll give you an opportunity to share with our management and technical staff what you liked about your experience with American Chimney as well as areas in which you think we can do better.
